The card that does it all

 

By means of a pre-loaded card, all payments are made effortlessly. A balance is loaded onto the card via the inTouchcash-loader, Back Office transaction or Point of Sale, and purchases can not exceed the amount loaded onto the card. The card can be used as part of the establishment’s access control. Employee accounts can be directly linked to the payroll. Guests and contractors to your establishment can also be supplied with cards.

 

The Cash Loader


The Cash Loader is an innovative machine with similar features to that of an ATM. Cash gets fed into the machine, where after the card balance increases by the same amount. The note readers are SABS approved and check every note as its fed in. The device can also double up as an infomation kiosk.

Reduce theft and fraud 

 

Because no cash changes hands at any time, the risk of theft and fraud is reduced to a great extent. Payment is at all times secured and the tedious task of collecting outstanding debt from debtors is eliminated.

 

Link to vending machines

 

  The system can be linked up to vending machines, whereby the user presents their card at the machine and selects the desired item. The vending machine will notify the user whether their credits are sufficient to purchase the product. If the credits are sufficient, the product is vended and credits remaining on the card is displayed.

 

Visitor and Contractor cards 

 

Cards can be supplied for visitors and contractors to your company and is beneficial when it comes to access control. Complete movement and transaction control is achieved in this way.

 

Stock Control and Nutritional Information 

 

Full recipe based stock control with menu engineering, purchase orders and creditors ledger is part of the solution. Complete nutritional information about the meals and per person is also achieved. This is fast becoming a very important feature with todays ever increasing awareness of healty eating and living.

 

Detailed management reports 

 

Because all transactions are recorded, preparing a budget becomes easy as potential income can be accurately forecasted. You are able to see which products are more popular than others, which also proves helpful when it comes to re-ordering of stock.
