Visitors

Reports in the system show when visitors are expected and allow managers to schedule pick up and greeting arrangements for each meeting. The daily calendar shows the delegates due to arrive each day.

Catering

Rendezvous enables users to book catering with their rooms. Custom menus can be attached to each meeting and it’s easy to schedule and track resource items. A count down can be attached to resource items, stopping users from overbooking any items with limited availability.
