The membership module tracks the Accounting Profile of the Member, Billing rules, Behavior patterns , Requests, Payment plans and Annual Subscription Billing.

Golfing Elite also caters for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with built in bulk E-mail and SMS Messaging and easy exportation of data to 3rd Party marketing software. Membership Authorisation can be done by graphic confirmation i.e. every time the member transacts his or her Photo appears on the Point of Sale and PIN for Verification is also available. Credit Limits, Status and inactive indicators are shown at the same time. Member payments have been made even easier with online banking debit order processing. A complete and comprehensive History is kept for every member.

On-Line Point of Sale

Aloha POS has over 120,000 users world wide and covers every need of the Club’s Hospitality requirements. Members can purchase and bill directly to their on-line members account. Golfing Elite is also linked to Cash Loaders and Vending machines, So that a true Cashless Consumption experience can be achieved.

Hospitality and Retail Stock Control

In the club environment there are two distinctive Stock Control areas:

A. Pro-Shop-Retail based Stock and

B. Hospitality Bulk and Recipe based stock.

Golfing Elite caters for both of these requirements. The retail stock module has 25 years of golf pro shop stock design embedded in it.

With Golfing Elite being a fully comprehensive system creditors and stock are completely integrated. The creditors module in then interfaced to the General Ledger of your choice. Golfing Elite Creditors module is designed to create a BUY RIGHT attitude amongst the purchasing team. With prompts like Trade Discounts, Contract discounts and settlement discounts GE ensures that purchase benefit are maximized at all times.

Creditors Module includes Purchase Orders, Contract, Goods Receiving , Back Orders, Suggestive Ordering , Profit Protection, Selling Price Suggestions etc. these tools will enable more effective ordering and price negotiations. Payments to Creditor can be projected by GE payment advice where the system checks creditors ledger for best benefits and then reports on who to pay when for best returns.
