Technician:
Must Have:
  • 2 years or more expierence in hardware support;
  • contactable references;
  • own vehicle;
  • cell phone;
  • own computer toools.

Duties include

  • Hardware/Software and Printer Troubleshooting
  • Assist with rollout and installation of computer equipment
  • Configure and test computer equipment
  • Troubleshoot faulty equipment and software
  • Resolution of calls received
  • A+ Certification (Hardware and Software. Must have written the comptia exams, not just attended the course)
  • N+ Certification (Must have written the comptia exams, not just attended the course)
 
sucessfull candidate must be willing to work outside of normal working hours, have an open and outgoing personality. Must be willing to travel.
 

Sales Consultant:

Duties will include:-
  • Cold calling and finding new clients;
  • Following up of sales calls;
  • Meeting with customers at their premisis;
 
Candidate must have:-
  • Previous expreience .
  • Own transport
  • Own cell phone
  • Prepared to work after hours
